I ordered based on the size info on the site and it wasn’t even close to what I expected. It felt way smaller than what was listed, and the measurements just didn’t line up. I double checked everything before buying, so it was really frustrating to be told it’s basically a policy issue and there wasn’t much they could do. I wouldn’t trust their sizing again.

I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and they Did get back to me and eventually sorted it out. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Not a bad experience or anything, just Average support overall

I ordered this from tantusinc.com it feels really well made. The silicone is super smooth, solid, and there wasn’t any weird smell when I opened it, which I always appreciate. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there.

The only thing is it ended up being firmer than I thought it would be. I usually like a bit more flex or give, so it took me a little while to get used to it. Still happy with it overall, but yeah, definitely check the firmness details before you pick one

I was let down by this. I charged it all the way before using it, but the battery barely made it through one use. After using it a few more times, it seemed to get even worse, and now I feel like I’m constantly having to charge it. For the price, I really expected the battery to hold up better. I also expected a faster response when dealing with the issue, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I got mine from tantusinc.com the vibration is Strong in a good way. I liked that it doesn’t feel weak or flimsy, and switching through the settings is easy. The only thing is that it’s a little louder than I thought it would be. Not a dealbreaker though, it still works Really well and I’d probably buy it again.

I get that stores need policies, but customers should be given a reasonable chance to fix an issue when something doesn’t work out. I expected a little more accountability and support from the company. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again
